Come and spend the day creating
your own Dream Board. 
It is a creative and fun way to focus your
mind on what you really want in this life
and the best way to manifest it.

The day will include visualisation techniques
and guided meditations as well as lots of laughter with you cutting out and pasting pictures
and words onto your Dream Board
